House Update Again
Can I pull my hair out yet??? At what point am I allowed too??? Yesterday we got a call from our Realator and she had no info for us. Today she called and said the house sold(tears). But it sold to the bank that had the loan at it. Sooo since we had an offer in already they are considering it. They said it will take about a week before they will know what they will want to do. So again we are in the Waiting Place. Waiting for the mail to come, or the rain to go, or the phone to ring, or the snow to snow or waiting around for a Yes or No. We are just waiting. So we are just ignoring that we are trying to by a house and living life as normal as possible and trying not to be stressed that we may or may not be owning a house that we want. Oh the Joy! So stay tuned for the next exciting twist of Our Lives.

Hey Missy,
The bank is just trying to cook the numbers to make it look like more houses are selling so that more people will enter the housing market. It's just a farce, they already own the house so they can't really sell it to themselves. Don't worry, if you are the only ones interested in the house, they will probably sell to you rather than have an empty house on their hands.
Oh, the waiting game. I feel your pain!
