Some day we might own a house
So we got more news about the house. As of now the Bank has excepted our offer. The guy has agreed to pay the rest of his mortgage. Now it is going to the WCDA to get approved. So we are told we will find out in two weeks. We made an offer on the house over a month ago. The offer is still not completely accepted. It has been a little frustrating because all we can do is wait. We can't do anything to get stuff done yet. We are just waiting. So our original closing date was Jan 15 then it got pushed back to Jan 28. I don't know what it is now but I am sure it will be some time in February. 2 months after we made the offer.

Keep the faith. It will work out.
It always takes at least a month to closing after final acceptance and inspections so all the paper work and liens etc... are worked out. Just keep saving and it will work out.
