Do you remember when?

I am doing THE MEMORY post.

Here are the rules.
1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember! If we're only blogging friends, write about a post that is most memorable. If you don't have a blog and don't know how to sign in, please comment as anonymous.
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll be sure to write one about you... either on your blog, in my comment box, or I will email you back!
3. If you know both Jeremiah and I please leave a memory of each of us. Jeremiah is really good about reading the blog and sometimes adding to it.
4. If you can't say something nice, don't say nothin' at all ☺

So many memories, like when you got burned with a firecracker on your arm, when you hit all the constuction cones and had no idea you were the one hitting them, or when you gave Kurt a hematoma on his forehead. No matter what the memory when I think of "Missy Grissom", it always brings a smile to my face.

I have always LOVED how smiley and friendly you were (are) and I love that you recognized my kids through the window of the Creamery! Crazy.

My favorite memory is recent, though. I love that you took all four of your kids camping at Cherry Hill without your husband. I kept watching you in AWE (and I realize I had my three without my husband) but for some reason, you just seemed to handle it so much better. I am sure that wasn't an easy trip for you to make, but you came anyway and it proves what a great, laid back, fun mom you are.

I'm so glad we have blogs to keep in touch! I love seeing pictures of your cute family... you give me hope for a little girl... someday!

Too many good memories of you people! I remember when all of us older kids were in elementary school we used to play by the creek at the bus stop. One day Leah fell into the creek right before the bus came. Somehow she lost her shoe in the creek and Miah fished it out for her. What a sweetie pie. Then there's going swimming at the pool for 5 hours a day, trick or treating and art in Lotak Hall. Man we had a good childhood. I also remember when Jeremiah first came back from his mission he was nice enough to take me out driving so that I could get enough hours for my license.
My memory of Missy is the first time she came over to our house to meet Miah. It was on their first date. In retrospect I realize how scary the could've and should have been but Missy just blended in right away, she was right at home. That's just like Missy, sweet and loving, welcoming and comfortable with people. I also remember Missy coming over to pick up me and my other siblings all the time to hang out with us when she still lived out here in PA. Those were the days. Love you guys :)

So - this is kinda weird because most of my memories of you guys are of you individually before you met!
Missy - Remember when we went to King of Prussia mall and were taking silly pictures everywhere? And just all the fun memories of Philly Singles ward - the lake, the parties, the FHE's, - that summer was such a blast.
Jeremiah - You were always such a gentleman. Holding doors and such. I used to laugh at the way you slow danced - but now I realize you were just adding a little personality to it and keeping a safe distance between you and the girl.
I was looking through my scrapbooks the other day and found some funny pics of both of you. What good times we had - and what a lot of growing up I had to do...

Missy! I found your blog and now I have to think of a memory of HIGH SCHOOL to post!!??? Oh, how about that time when you and I took Dane and David to prom or football ball or something and planted a tape recorder!!!! WoW! Im not sure that was such a great idea, or even why we did it, but it is a memory. :} Good to see you and your family! Keep in touch!

I have a very fond memory of you helping me go off of sugar. I know that was absolutely paramount to me having the beautiful Betsarama.

And, of course, I have tasty tasty memories of the fantastical ORIGINAL wonder-bread of honey loving.

Scott says: "Missy. I want your buns. Hot dog buns, that is." (I think he's being weird. Sorry.)

Is it weird that a huge chunk of my Muldowney memories revolve around games? Settlers, mafia, softball, etc. Missy is always red, Jeremiah will always go for sheep, it's hard for Missy not to smile when she lies, and don't trust Jeremiah!(Seriously, he's mafia.)

Missy, you are the best friend to play games with. We always had our best talks on game nights. I love you guys! I'm going to miss you so much.
