Bread 4 Sale

This last week I started up my bread business again.

I made 42 loaves and 1 1/2 dozen rolls. I sold 39 loaves and 1 dozen rolls. That was just enough for me to give a loaf to a neighbor, have 2 loaves for my family and enjoy the rest of the rolls for dinner.
 I am so excited about the great response I have received. I had one friend send a text when she got home asking if I had any extra bread to sale. I had others send me orders the following day for the next week.
 Today I sent out a message for bread sales and I already have 20 loaves ordered. Jeremiah is afraid it will get to big. Plus he is talking about buying a bakery and such. I am just thankful that I have a way to make some extra money to pay for piano lessons for my kids.

First hair cut

Jeremiah talked me into giving Rose her first hair cut. I was nervous to do it because I was afraid she would look like a boy. It turned out a little uneven(how do you get a 2 year old to sit still?)  But I thing it turned out okay.

Guess who showed up at our house tonight?????

Rose would not go close to him...
My favorite thing said was by Joseph.... Santa asked if he's been good. Joseph replied  "I am really trying but its really hard". At least he is honest...

Newest Addition

Gwendolynn Judith Muldowney was born today at 7:54 am. Weighing in at 9lbs 4oz 21' long. Beautiful chunky baby who LOVES to nurse. She looks a lot like Rose. The kids got to peek at her through the window and are excited.

Milk vs Gas

It is sad when you pay more for milk then gasoline.

Snowy day

The kids were excited to get home from school so they could play in the snow. Rose and I enjoyed watching them play snowball baseball from the comfort and warmth of the couch.

Piano boy

William had his very first piano recital today. He did an awesome job. His teacher is always amazed on how fast he picks up on stuff.

Last 2 pumpkins

Halloween day we finished these two pumpkins (Jeremiahs is the one winking). We grew them in our garden and for some reason they were super hard. All our pumpkin carving knifes where broken on them. We finally had to use a drill just to cut into them.  fun times.

We let the kids carve their own pumpkins all by their selves this year. It was fun seeing their creativity.







Rose what not quite sure what to do. And was even more unsure if she liked the feeling of the pumpkin slime. This is my favorite picture. William was so grossed out he gagged a couple times. I had to switch pumpkins (to clean out) with him since his was so slimy. I laugh every time I see this picture.

My finished pumpkin. Jeremiah always has the best looking pumpkins. This year I think I have him beat. Especially since he hasn't even carved his out yet.

Onions Galore

What do you do with old panty hose and 25lbs of onions?

You make Onion Hose.

 These beauties will be hanging down in our storage room through the winter. I found this clever idea on Pinterest. And when I need an onion I just cut below the knot. They are suppose to stay good all winter long. 

Watch out..... here comes the FLU....

The flu has hit our house and hit it hard. Micheal started throwing up Wednesday night with Joseph following with in the hour. I started in the wee hours of Thursday morning. Rose joined in Thursday night.
Micheal had a quick recovery and was back to school today. The rest of us have been slowly recovering... (poor Joseph is having the hardest time, I blame it on all the meds he is on for his eyes).
Lucky for me Jeremaih had a day off and was able to switch around shift so he could take care of us all. He is truely my Superman. I told him he was getting a little taste of what it will be like when the baby comes. Hopefully he won't be cleaning so much puke then. =)

Rosie turns two

I can't believe its been 2 years since this little one came into our life's. Rose is sweet and loving when she feels like it. Her favorite thing to say is "Ick" (look). She is often pointing out birds and other animals she sees with a "mommy ick ick". Her sibblings love to make her laugh.  She is still a mommys girl but since mommy took away the pacifier she is liking daddy a lot more. We sure love our Rosie and we are thankful for the joy she brings into our family.
